The e-Track Vehicle Key Management Systems
Big Motoring World faced significant challenges managing a growing inventory of vehicles and thousands of keys across multiple sites.
The dealership purchased its first electronic key cabinet from e-Track in January 2023, replacing previous systems supplied by an international manufacturer. e-Track has since supported a phased roll-out across new and existing sites.
The previous systems had limitations including lack of speed, limited development, rising costs, and difficult maintenance. e-Track worked closely with the Big Motoring World team before, during, and after installation to create a more seamless vehicle key management process.
Key features include live on-screen support from e-Track’s in-house development team, email alerts and notifications, dynamic key access, and third-party API integration with Big Motoring World’s Gemini software to show live vehicle locations.
