The new Web Software launched as the most connected and intelligent platform ever built by the e-Track team, bringing machine learning, predictive insights and automated notifications into a single system designed to evolve with an operation rather than simply serve it. Over 1,000 systems deployed globally. Seven patents held.
Going Global
e-Track Inc. opened in the United States, with channel partners in the EU and Australia following shortly after. The mission remained exactly the same everywhere, to deliver intelligent key management built to the highest standard wherever customers needed it most.

Registration, trademark and multiple patents were secured for the designs, making e-Track not just a manufacturer but the originator of some of the most advanced key management technology in the UK market.
Building the Standard
With the first 100 electronic key cabinets deployed, the team had one focus which was quality. BSI and UKAS audited the process management this year, cementing what was already known to everyone working here, that quality is not a feature you add at the end but the entire point from the very beginning.
