Individuals or team leaders can reserve a type of vehicle for certain duties. Additionally, some users with authorisation will be able to choose specific vehicles when booking.
Vehicles
A central fleet data store where assets can be managed and service requirements recorded for the automatic lock off of vehicles as required for compliance purposes.
Users
Lists the users in the system for admins to adjust permissions and allocate vehicle types to certain individuals. Detailed tabs are also accessed for more in depth history on the users.
Assets
Easily manage and view assets. Each asset can be assigned under a key set which is monitored actively like single vehicle keys. QR codes are also used to determine assets without physical keys.

The Dashboard provides a centralised overview of all assets, including current usage, availability, and security status. You can see which assets are checked out, who has them, and any recent activity logs. Alerts are also displayed for any security breaches, overdue returns, or maintenance reminders, ensuring you stay up-to-date on asset security and availability.
The Work-in-Progress (WIP) Tracker helps monitor assets that are actively in use across different projects. This feature shows each asset's status, assigned personnel, and expected completion time. It’s designed to keep you informed about which assets are committed to ongoing work, reducing scheduling conflicts and improving resource allocation for your team.
The Bookings feature allows you to reserve assets for specific dates and times, ensuring availability when you need them. You can make bookings directly from the dashboard, select specific assets, and set up reminders for upcoming reservations. This feature also integrates with the key cabinet to allow for seamless pickup and return scheduling.
The Vehicle Tracking module offers detailed tracking of all company vehicles, including real-time location data, user assignment, and usage history. By accessing User Info, you can also verify who is currently using each vehicle and confirm they meet compliance requirements (e.g., having the necessary authorization). This feature helps maintain accountability, ensures vehicle security, and supports compliance standards for all users.
The eTrack software platform includes an open REST API that enables integration between external systems and eTrack asset management, including creating, updating and removing assets and users. The API is fully documented and easy to use. We also offer webhooks as a method to update systems based on events that happen within the eTrack system - such as recording asset movements.
