Sales Support Specialist

£28,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team and assist in the sales process for our electronic key management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing crucial support to our sales team, helping to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales and customer records in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and provide product information to customers as needed.
  • Monitor and track sales enquiries and conversion and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales support tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
